Each pedagogical approach has its valuable components and development goals but only combined can they meet the needs of the individual child and make inclusion successful.

Every child is different and therefore needs different approaches.

Inclusion can only be accomplished when considering all children’s backgrounds, social-emotional development, their learning abilities and behavioral issues.

As educators, we must put structures in place that allow children with special needs to be a valuable addition to our school community.

We believe that adults must adjust their expectations to allow the child to have moments of success which consequently lead to motivation and a positive outcome. The issue is not the definition of the outcome but the achievement of the child in their own time, space, and capability.
